At the heart of Faith Fitness Ministry lies the inspired vision of Fr. Ignacio Olvera, Founder & Director.

Fueled by a transformative encounter with a young individual who had forsaken their Catholic faith due to a dearth of fundamental doctrinal understanding, Fr. Ignacio felt compelled to initiate a spiritual ministry tailored to young adults.

Founded in 2019

This encounter served as a catalyst, propelling him to establish a haven where young minds could gain a robust comprehension of their faith's core principles. Fr. Ignacio's dedication and fervor drive the essence of Faith Fitness as we strive to deliver the profound message and teachings of Jesus to the vibrant young adult community.

Mission

Faith Fitness Ministry is a Catholic ministry for young adults in their 20s and 30s, dedicated to the evangelization of Jesus’s message and teachings. Through our monthly brewery and fitness events in DFW, we aspire to equip young adults with faith-based knowledge, empowering them to embrace and embody their beliefs with unwavering conviction. 

  • The Catholic Faith lies at the core of our ministry, upheld by the guidance of God through his apostolic teaching. Through in-depth discussions and the exploration of timeless teachings, we are dedicated to guiding young adults on a profound journey of sainthood and connection with the Divine Providence, meeting at breweries and coffee shops in the DFW area.

  • Our ministry is built upon a foundation of overall well-being, recognizing that nurturing the body is integral to nurturing the soul. Through our fitness events, we provide invigorating opportunities to refresh the body, promoting health and vitality.

  • We believe that genuine connections are essential for growth and mental support. Through engaging gatherings and shared experiences, we cultivate a sense of belonging and kinship.
